Invite codes and test funds

You have an invite code. Here is how to use it, and how to fill your wallet with test coins so you can try things.

Everything here runs on Base Sepolia, a test network. Test coins have no value. Nothing you do here costs or earns real money.

Redeem your invite code

1. Go to testnet.kurv.fun/invite.
2. Sign in first. The Redeem button stays off until you do. The code goes on the wallet you are signed in with, so use the account you plan to test with.
3. Type or paste your code in Invite code. Case, spaces and dashes don’t matter: abcd efgh jkmn works the same as ABCD-EFGH-JKMN. A letter O counts as a zero, and I or L counts as a one.
4. Tap Redeem.

You should see “Invite redeemed. This wallet can publish now.” Your wallet can now publish, launch and get test funds.

If your wallet is already invited, the page says so and your code is not used up. You can pass it on.

If it doesn’t work

• “That does not look like an invite code.” A code is twelve letters and numbers. Check you copied all of it.
• “That code is not valid, or it has already been used.” You get the same message for a wrong code and a used one. Check for typos and try again.
• “Too many attempts. Wait a few minutes and try again.” You get about 10 tries every 10 minutes.
• “Invite codes cannot be checked right now.” Nothing was used up. Try again in a moment.

A code works once, on one wallet. If you sign in with a different account later, that wallet is not invited.

Get test funds

1. Sign in with your invited wallet.
2. Tap Wallet to open your wallet.
3. Tap Get test funds.

The wallet tells you what happened to each coin. Your balance updates when the coins land.

If your wallet is not invited, you won’t see the button. You see “Test funds are for invited testers, and this wallet has not been invited yet.” Redeem your code first (see above), on the same wallet.

What you get

KTEST is only a test coin. It is not a KURV token.

Each coin has its own daily limit. It resets 24 hours after your last claim of that coin. If you already claimed one, the wallet tells you when the next one is ready.

Your wallet also needs a little test ETH to send transactions. Get test funds covers that for you, out of sight. You don’t need to find or manage ETH.

If a coin doesn’t arrive

• “Coinbase has none left to give right now.” That coin’s faucet has run dry for now. You still get the other coins. Try again later for the missing one.
• “Did not come through.” Try again in a minute.
• “Test funds are not available right now.” Something on our side is down. Try again later.
• “Too many attempts.” Wait a few minutes. One press is enough.

Good to know

• Test funds only exist on the testnet. A production build has no Get test funds button and no test funds route.
• Test coins have no value. They are for trying things only.
